School holidays have commenced, so our Sunday Club is in recess at the moment.
So you may asking what our Sunday Club is all about?
Well, Sunday Club is for children and youth of school age. There is also a creche for the younger children when needed :-)
Sunday Club meets at Saint Mary in the Valley Anglican Church South Tuggeranong in the Australian Capital Territory. It is held during the 9.30am Holy Communion Service. We usually have a story (based on the Lectionary bible reading of the week, prayer and craft. Depending on time we might also have other special activities or a song.
Generally we have a lot of fun!
In recent years we've noticed that many children are unable to come every week, and sometimes are a bit sad that they've missed out on a particular story or craft. So we've decided to put the Sunday Club details on line each week, so no-one need ever miss out!
We can also post any special upcoming events (like our annual picnic and Ice Cream Sunday!).
We sure hope you all enjoy visiting from time to time.
